Our Story

Why We Started:
Opentap Talent emerged as a natural extension of Opentap Consulting, our management consulting arm. While working closely with our clients, we noticed a recurring challenge: traditional recruiters, often with HR backgrounds, lacked the deep business understanding needed to identify and vet the right talent. Clients began turning to us for help in hiring key positions because they trusted our business leadership experience from PwC and Mastercard and our deep involvement in their operations. This trust, and our success in filling these critical roles, highlighted the need for a recruitment firm led by business leaders who understand the nuances of building and leading high-performing teams.

Our vision is to take over the entire recruiting value chain for our clients, using business knowledge, data analytics, technology and the human element to source, vet and hire key personnel  - that are not only technically sound, but are also a good cultural fit.
